With over 35 years of executive level experience at the Chief Executive, Officer and Financial positions, Tim brings a diverse background and knowledge set that is unique to the industry.
Tim is a former CPA with a Private Equity background who obsesses in the customer experience and creating an ethical and trusting environment for all clients. Tim has worked with businesses of all sizes and industries, with small to medium size businesses being the sweet spot for his background.

MCBx2's Meaning
The meaning behind MCBx2 comes from something simple, yet very important in my life, my kids! My son, Mason, and his sister, Melanie, both have the initials of MCB, hence, the name MCB times two (MCBx2). Everything in my life starts and ends with my children and trying to be the best father I can be to both of them. They are my inspiration in life and push me to be a better person every day. My work ethic, dedication, responsibility, honesty and ethical behavior, my giving spirit, etc., all comes because of my two amazing kids. If I can set the right example for them and hopefully make a positive impact on then, then hopefully they will develop into the into adults with similar values. Continuing to raise good people and set the right example is why MCBx2 will always be the best version for you and your company.
